Initial beta release. I've tested this locally and everything appears to work (including GPS), but I've noticed some inconsistencies between the Novatel Wireless documentation and the actual data returned by the MiFi 2200. If you run into any issues, please let me know.

Added very simple exception handling to MiFiDevice. If the device can't be reached for any reason, a MiFiException will be thrown.

Added MAX_* static readonly fields to the MiFiStatus class to indicate the maximum values for various properties. Applications should use these rather than hardcoding the values given by the MiFi documentation, in case they change in the future.
